Application for Contractor Installed Driveway Pipeline
Contractor Application for Driveway pipeline installation permit. You must first contact Highway Superintendent Bob Seidel about proposed driveway pipe installation, at 419-668-1997 or by email: bseidelhce@accnorwalk.com. Application is then to be filled out in full, signed and turned in at County Engineer' Office at 150 Jefferson Street, Norwalk, OH, along with check made out to Huron County Engineer for $150.00. Application for County Highway Installation
Application for permit for County Highway Department Crews to install driveway pipeline. You must first contact Highway Department Superintendent Bob Seidel, at 419-668-1997, by email: bseidelhce@accnorwalk.com, to discuss project. You must then fill out application for a permit and turn it in at 150 Jefferson Street, Norwalk, OH. The cost of the driveway pipeline installation will be determined by an Inspector from Highway Department after a onsite inspection. A written estimate of project cost will be presented to you. Before any work is started on the proposed project after the estimate is received, a check for full cost of pipeline installation, must be paid to the Huron County Engineer. File Download
